Refund & billing terms
Repic is free during early access. These are the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms that will apply once paid plans launch - set out now, so there is nothing hidden later.
In plain terms
- Repic is free during early access - we will not charge you without terms you have explicitly agreed to.
- These are the terms that will apply when paid plans launch, written now so nothing is a surprise.
- Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices are shown before you subscribe, and we give notice before any price change.
- Your local consumer rights always apply on top of these terms.
Early access is free today
Repic is in early access, and it is free. We are not charging for the Studio or the free tools right now, and we will not charge you without payment terms you have explicitly agreed to. These refund and billing terms are written in advance so that when paid plans do arrive there is nothing hidden - but they only start to apply to you when you choose a paid plan and subscribe.
No payment term below applies until Repic introduces paid plans and you agree to them. Until then, using Repic costs nothing, and nothing here authorises a charge.
Plans and pricing
When we introduce paid plans, we will publish what each plan includes - its features, any usage limits, the price, the currency, and the billing period. You will always see the price before you subscribe, and you confirm the plan before any charge is made.
We intend to look after the people who backed Repic early. Any founding-member or early-supporter benefit is something we commit to honouring and offer at our discretion; treat it as a promise we hold ourselves to rather than a guarantee of one particular price forever.
Billing, renewals and auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you pick - for example monthly or yearly. By subscribing, you authorise Repic and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method the subscription fee, plus any taxes, at the start of each period until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically for another period of the same length, at the then-current price for your plan (subject to the notice we give for any price change in section 7), unless you cancel before the renewal date. Where the law requires it, we will remind you before a renewal. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; Repic does not store your full card number. Our providers are listed on the sub-processors page, and how we handle related data is described in the privacy policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time, from the product or by writing to hello@repic.site. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and then does not renew; we do not delete your account or content just because a subscription ends. Except where section 5 or the law says otherwise, cancelling part-way through a period does not trigger a refund for the rest of that period - you keep the access instead.
Refunds
Outside any cooling-off right the law gives you, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for a period you have already started or only partly used. We may still choose to offer a full or pro-rated refund in individual cases - for example a clear billing error - at our discretion.
Where you buy as a consumer and the law gives you a right to cancel within a cooling-off window, you have [14 days] to withdraw and receive a refund. If you ask us to start providing a paid digital service straight away during that window, you may lose or reduce the right to withdraw once the service has been provided - for EU and UK consumers, we will ask you to acknowledge this before you begin, and where you cancel after partial use we may keep an amount proportionate to what was already provided.
None of this limits the consumer rights you have under the laws that apply where you live; those statutory rights sit on top of this policy and prevail where they conflict with it. To ask about a refund, write to hello@repic.site.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of taxes unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes and duties that apply to your subscription, and we will add them where we are required to collect them, based on your location and the details you give us. If a law requires you to withhold tax from a payment to us, please contact us first so we can agree the correct treatment.
Price changes
We may change our prices and what plans include. If a change affects what you pay, we will give you advance notice - by email or in the product - before it applies to your next renewal. If you keep your subscription past the date the new price takes effect, that counts as accepting it; if you would rather not, you can cancel before then and keep your current access until the period you have paid for runs out.
Failed payments and downgrade
If a payment fails, we may try to charge your method again and will ask you to update it. While a payment is outstanding, we may suspend or restrict paid features, or move your account to a free tier if one is available, until payment succeeds. We will give you a reasonable chance to fix the problem before restricting access, and a failed payment on its own does not cause us to delete your data - our retention practices are described in the privacy policy.

Questions about billing, a charge, or a refund? Write to hello@repic.site (a dedicated billing alias may be set up in due course), or reach us through the contact page. These billing terms form part of, and should be read with, our terms of service, and are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; the mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected.
