Terms of service

The agreement between you and Repic for the public website, the free tools, and Repic Studio - covering your account, your content, your AI Twins and likeness, the third-party services we rely on, payment, and the limits of what we promise.

Effective date: 17 July 2026Last updated: 17 July 2026Draft - pending legal review

In plain terms

  • You own what you bring and what you make - your persona, your uploads, your recordings, and the output you generate. We do not sell it.
  • Clone only your own voice, and create a likeness only of yourself - never another person, even with their permission.
  • The assistant asks before it changes anything. Disallow changes nothing; clicking Allow authorizes that specific action.
  • You are responsible for anything you upload or link - including YouTube or Instagram links you send for transcription - and for having the rights to use it.
  • Early access is free. We will never charge you without payment terms you have explicitly agreed to.
  • Break the rules in the acceptable use policy and we can suspend or close the account.
01

Who we are and this agreement

Repic is an AI brand studio: you describe your brand once, and Repic turns that single profile into your identity, your content, and an assistant that helps run it. The Service is operated by [Repic Legal Entity Name] ("Repic", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered at [Registered Business Address, Pakistan].

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Repic that governs your use of the public website, the free tools, and Repic Studio (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, joining early access, signing in with Google, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.

The following documents are part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

02

Eligibility and age

To use the Service you must be old enough to form a binding contract in the place where you live, and in any case at least [16] years old. The Service is built for professionals and creators; it is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under this minimum age.

By using the Service, you attest that you meet these requirements. Because Repic can create voice clones and likeness content, which involve biometric data, we do not knowingly collect that data from minors - see the Biometric and Likeness Consent Policy. If we learn that an account holder does not meet the minimum age, we may suspend or close the account and delete its data.

03

Your account

You can create an account with a username and password, or by signing in with Google. When you use Google Sign-In, Google shares your account email and name with us so we can create or access your account; what happens on Google's side is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

  • Give accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Keep your password and credentials confidential. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
  • One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@repic.site if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
04

Early access and changes to the Service

Repic is in early access. We onboard in batches, and some generation pipelines and tools are still rolling out - the product marks what is live and what is coming, and so do our pages. During early access, features may change, pause, or be replaced as we build, and availability is not guaranteed.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change is material, we will aim to tell you rather than let you discover it - by email or an in-product notice. Tools labeled "coming soon" or similar are forward-looking; those labels are not a promise that a feature will ship on any particular date.

05

License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Repic grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your own brand, business, or personal creative work. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. The Service, its software and models, and the Repic name and marks are and remain ours or our licensors'.

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service, or probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, or the voice and AI generation pipeline, except to the limited extent the law does not allow this restriction;
  • resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties as your own, or share access to get around per-account limits;
  • circumvent, disable, or defeat any gate, quota, rate limit, consent step, or the assistant's Allow/Disallow permission control;
  • use bots or automated means to access the free tools in a way that abuses or degrades them; or
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product, or in any way these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy prohibit.
06

Your content and ownership

You keep what you bring and what you make. As between you and Repic, you own your Brand Persona fields, your onboarding answers, your uploads, your voice and reference recordings, and the output you generate - brand kits, posts, carousels, stories, scripts, images, audio, and video. You are free to use and publish your output, subject to these Terms and to the rights of any third parties in your inputs.

To operate the Service, you grant Repic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your content and inputs solely to run the Service for you: generating your output, saving your runs to your Studio history, powering the assistant, keeping the Service secure and reliable, and providing support. This license exists only to run Repic for you and ends when your content is deleted, except for copies that persist briefly in routine backups.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, with no obligation to you.

Key term: your content

Your persona and onboarding fields, your uploads and recordings, and the output you generate. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private brand profile to build or train products for other customers. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

07

AI Twins, voice and likeness

Repic can build AI Twins of you: a voice twin cloned from a recording you provide, a visual twin generated from reference photos of you, and a writing twin distilled from your samples. These features are for your own voice and likeness only.

You may only clone your own voice, and you may only create a visual likeness of yourself. You must have the right and the consent to use the voice, face, and material you provide. Voice cloning is gated by a required consent step in which you confirm the voice is your own, and creating voice or likeness twins is governed by the Biometric and Likeness Consent Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how consent and retention work. Even with another person's permission, you cannot clone their voice or create their likeness on your account - their consent belongs on their own account.

The key to your cloned voice is held on our servers and is never sent to your browser or to anyone else. Uploading another person's voice, face, or recordings to the twin flows, or otherwise misusing someone else's voice or likeness, is a serious violation of these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy and is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

Own voice, own likeness

Clone only your own voice; generate a likeness only of yourself. Consent is required, and by creating a twin you confirm the voice and face are yours to use. This is the rule we enforce hardest - read why in the Biometric and Likeness Consent Policy.

08

Third-party services and platform content

Repic relies on third-party services to operate. Generation and core features run on Google services - including Vertex AI (Gemini) for text, vision, and images, Veo for video, Imagen for upscaling and virtual try-on, Cloud Text-to-Speech for voice, Cloud Storage for media, and Google Identity for sign-in - and on Canva for the asset editing round-trip. These providers process your inputs to produce your output, and we send them only what a feature needs. They act as our processors and are described in the Privacy Policy; your use of Canva is also subject to Canva's own terms.

Some features work with content from platforms we do not control. You can upload files, or provide a link - for example a YouTube or Instagram URL for transcription - and Repic will fetch and process that content for you. Other tools help you research or read public third-party content, such as content scraping and profile insights. These tools are provided as is, and you are responsible for using them lawfully.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or direct Repic to fetch, and for the uses you put the results to. You must hold all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for that content, and you must comply with the terms of the source platform and with applicable law. Do not use these features to access content you are not permitted to access, or in ways a platform prohibits.

Your responsibility

Whatever you upload or link - your files, a YouTube or Instagram URL, or a profile you ask us to look up - you confirm you have the rights and permissions to use it and that doing so complies with the source platform's terms and with the law. If you are not sure you have those rights, do not upload or link it.

09

AI output and your responsibility

Repic produces content using AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, off-brand, or otherwise not what you intended, and similar prompts can produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything Repic generates before you rely on it or publish it - it is your name on the post.

Repic does not provide professional advice. Output is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such; consult a qualified professional for those matters. Where the law or a platform requires AI-generated audio, images, or likeness to be labeled or disclosed as artificially generated, you are responsible for labeling and disclosing it. You are also responsible for making sure your published output is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

10

The Repic Assistant and permissions

The Repic Assistant is an AI that can act inside your account on your instructions. Before it does anything that changes or affects your account, it explains what it intends to do and asks you to approve it through an Allow/Disallow control. Read-only actions may run immediately; impactful or destructive actions wait for your decision.

When you click Allow, you authorize that specific action, and you are responsible for the result as if you had taken it yourself. Disallow means the action does not happen and nothing changes. Because the assistant acts on your instructions, review each request before you approve it.

Allow means yes

The assistant asks before it changes anything. Disallow changes nothing; clicking Allow authorizes that specific action and its result. Do not approve actions you do not understand.

11

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: build your own brand and never someone else's voice, face, name, or trust; no impersonation, deception, deepfakes, harassment, unlawful robocalls, or spam; do not defeat the consent gates or the assistant's permission control; and only use content you have the right to use.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Serious misuse - especially of another person's voice or likeness - can result in immediate termination without prior notice.

12

Payment, plans and refunds

Repic is free during early access. We will not charge you without your explicit agreement to the pricing and payment terms in effect at that time. If and when paid plans launch, the details - prices, billing cycles, renewals, cancellation, taxes, and refunds - will be set out in the Billing terms, and you will be asked to agree to them before any charge occurs.

Any pricing, founding-member, or early-access benefits we mention are described where they are offered and are subject to the Billing terms. Nothing in the free early-access period obliges you to pay, and nothing obliges us to keep any feature free after launch.

13

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time, from the product where available or by writing to us at hello@repic.site. When your account is closed, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy; you can also ask us to export or delete your data, and we honor those requests while we continue to build self-serve controls.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service, other users, or anyone whose voice or likeness is being misused. Where reasonable we will give notice; where the risk is serious or someone is being harmed, suspension or termination may be immediate.

On termination, your license to use the Service ends and you must stop using it. Sections that by their nature should continue - including content ownership and licenses, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law and disputes - survive termination.

14

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and is offered in early access (beta) while we build. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repic disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time; that generated output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for your purpose; or that defects will be corrected. Any material you access through the Service is used at your own discretion and risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repic and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repic's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) [amount]. During early access the Service is free, so amounts paid may be zero.

Where the law limits this

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law - for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability the law does not allow us to limit. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits.

16

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Repic and its officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you upload, link, generate, or publish through the Service; (b) third-party material you upload or direct Repic to fetch, including files and YouTube, Instagram, or other links, and any lack of rights or permissions in it; (c) your use of another person's voice, face, or likeness; (d) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; and (e) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any source platform's terms.

We may, at our option, take over the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

17

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the paragraphs below, you and Repic submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Pakistan.

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may - where the parties agree or where the law requires - be referred to binding arbitration seated in [City], Pakistan, under [applicable arbitration rules], conducted in English before a single arbitrator. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court to protect its rights.

International users

If you use Repic from outside Pakistan, local laws that give you mandatory consumer or data-protection rights still apply to you, and nothing here takes those rights away. Where those laws conflict with this section, they prevail to the extent required.

18

Changes to these terms; general

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law evolve. If we make a material change, we will tell you before it takes effect - by email or an in-product notice - and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they incorporate are the entire agreement between you and Repic about the Service and replace any prior agreements on that subject.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and that provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
  • Notices. We may give you notice by email or in the product; you can reach us at the addresses in the contact section below.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
